These restaurants are vegan friendly. Always check with your server to make sure what you're ordering is vegan as some dishes traditionally come prepared with cheese, beef stock, chicken stock, fish sauce, etc.

Big Horn Bar & Grill - vegan breakfast burrito, veggie burger, etc
LuLou's - none on the menu, but will modify if you ask
Old Granite Street Eatery - Impossible Burger and more
Peg's - "Vegan Skillet" (combo plate of hash browns, beans, fruit, and salad)
Pine State Biscuits - vegan bacon and vegan sausage
Sodo - couple vegan options and can modify
Squeeze In - ask for their new vegan menu

Two Chicks - vegan skillet and pancakes, and also vegan bloody mary

Chinese Village - ask about vegan options
PF Chang's - Buddha's feast and few other dishes are vegan. Has brown rice, too.

Cafe Masala - regular menu is not vegan but they will prepare anything for vegans.
Flavors of India (Carson City) - traditional Northeast Indian cuisine
India Kabob - several vegan options. Lunch buffet usually has 4-5 vegan options
Maya's South Indian Cuisine - They have vegan coffee too (ask for non dairy milk) that is pretty much magic. Everything is incredible, I especially recommend the masala dosa.

California Pizza Kitchen (GSR casino) - vegan options
Eclipse Pizza - will make vegan calzones and pizza if you bring in your own cheese, or ask for the Tree Hugger Calzone minus the cheese. The owner and staff are AWESOME.
Just Ravioli - vegan ravioli
La Vecchia - Server and the chef are both knowledgeable about veganism. They use local and organic.

My Pie Pizza - They have a Very Vegan pizza. Other may be customized with Daiya cheese.
